As the founder and CEO of REM Management, a family-owned real estate office established in 2004, Bob has developed an impressive portfolio by successfully executing over $100 million in real estate investments, resulting in acquisition, ownership, and management of 1.5 million square feet of multi-tenant office, medical, industrial, and retail properties. His partnership with Al Adelson, who has been a mentor to him for over 25 years, extends both within REM Management and into broader ventures. In 2024, Bob relocated to South Florida to lead the development of The Berkeley, further expanding his expertise in the real estate sector.

Bob holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Michigan (1984) and a Medical degree from Wayne State University (1988). He practiced medicine until 2004 and continues to maintain his medical license, reflecting his commitment to both healthcare and real estate.

In his spare time, Bob enjoys playing pickleball and golf, immersing himself in South Florida’s vibrant culture, and actively participating in community initiatives.

Timothy Desmond, through his company Geiger Properties LLC, serves as the Development Consultant for The Berkeley, an ultra-luxury condominium project in West Palm Beach, Florida. With over 35 years of experience in real estate development, he is a seasoned senior executive with demonstrated expertise in all aspects of the development process. His extensive skills encompass acquisition, planning, zoning, financing, legal matters, budgeting, design, construction, contract and lease negotiations, public relations, sales and marketing, and asset management. As a proficient team leader, he excels in collaborating with stakeholders and cultivating strong relationships with diverse professionals to successfully achieve business objectives. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Architecture from the University of Detroit in Detroit, Michigan, and is a licensed Architect and Realtor in Illinois.

His impressive portfolio includes iconic projects such as The Bristol in West Palm Beach, Florida, along with first-class assets in various sectors, including commercial office space, hospitality, convention centers, land development, and high-rise luxury condominium residential developments, valued between $70 million and over $1.5 billion. This portfolio features more than 30 high-rise office and multi-family buildings, 10000 residential units of high-rise condominiums and apartments, 5 million square feet of corporate office space, retail properties, and over 3 million square feet dedicated to convention and hotel developments. His most recent development was the 1M square foot, $1.4 B dollar Corporate Headquarters for a major tech company in California.  He also was involved in the development of The Bristol, the premier condominium in Palm Beach.

In his spare time, he enjoys long-distance cycling and is the Vice President of the Little City Foundation, a social services group in northern Illinois focusing on the care for autistic adults and children.

Jose is an accomplished Construction Executive with over 20 years of experience in the construction industry. Jose has a proven track record in managing large-scale projects and overseeing all phases of construction from planning and design to execution and completion.

Throughout his career, Jose has successfully led diverse teams and collaborated with developers, municipalities, design professionals, and trade partners to deliver projects on time and within budget. His expertise includes project management, cost control, quality assurance, and regulatory compliance.  In his previous roles at Suffolk Construction & Hitt Contracting, Jose worked on several high-profile projects throughout South Florida such as: Fusion Newsport Building, Univision Headquarters, Harley Davidson Latin American Headquarters, Prive Residences and The Bristol.

Jose holds a degree in Construction Management from Florida International University and outside of work, Jose enjoys attending all of the local sporting events and taking his daughters to Tennis practice.

With eight years of hands-on experience in the construction industry and a degree in Architecture and Construction, Nicholas Hoeppner brings a unique blend of technical expertise and creative vision to the project. Starting as a project engineer at Suffolk Construction, he quickly advanced through various roles, gaining proficiency in design documentation, cost analysis, and project coordination. Nick has previously worked on several high-end luxury projects, most recently, the Four Seasons Resort and Residences Napa Valley, California & The Bristol, West Palm Beach, Florida.

Nick is known for his strong work ethic and commitment to quality, consistently delivering projects on time and within budget. His academic background allows him to effectively bridge the gap between design and execution, collaborating seamlessly with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure that every detail aligns with client visions and industry standards.

Outside of work, he enjoys traveling, exploring new cultures, and finding inspiration in architecture around the world. He also takes pride in mentoring newcomers to the field, sharing insights from his journey and inspiring the next generation of construction professionals.
