Mr. Conwell is a founding member of GPX Realty Partners and is responsible for acquisitions and asset management of real estate investments as well as leading the firm’s brokerage and advisory activities.
Since 1989, Mr. Conwell has played a key role in acquiring, managing, repositioning, and selling over four million square feet of commercial real estate investments.  Mr. Conwell also has extensive experience in advising both commercial tenants and property owners having spent over ten years with CBRE, the world’s largest commercial real estate services firm.

Under Mr. Conwell’s direction, GPX has successfully executed over $200 million in real estate investments, realizing strong results through disciplined operational management in conjunction with sophisticated financial transactions.

Prior to embarking on his real estate career, Mr. Conwell enjoyed a five-year professional football career with the Philadelphia Eagles of the NFL and Philadelphia Stars of the USFL.  Mr. Conwell earned a B.A. degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.

Kelsey started her career over a decade ago in New York City, where she was consistently a top producer on the no. 5 ranked team at Douglas Elliman in New York before co-founding a team at Compass in 2018, which was ranked in the top 1.5% of teams nationwide. Kelsey was distinguished as the Broker Specialist for solidifying the most sales at 212 Warren St., a new development condominium conversion in Battery Park City, and she was also the founding host of Snaplistings, a social media based real estate channel used to showcase listings direct to consumer as featured on CNBC, the NY Post and Cheddar TV.

In 2022, Kelsey made the strategic decision to move full-time to downtown West Palm Beach in pursuit of professional opportunity in the growing real estate market as well as the high quality of life provided in Palm Beach County. In 2023, Kelsey contributed to over $193,000,000 in sales volume with the no. 2 ranked team at Compass in Florida.

Kelsey considers Aspen, CO., to be her home away from home. Golf, skiing, boating and tennis are some of her favorite hobbies. She also enjoys serving a leadership position on the Junior League of Palm Beach.

Originally from Bloomfield Hills, MI., Kelsey attended Cranbrook Kingswood Schools, followed by the Robins School of Business at the University of Richmond in Virginia where she graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, a concentration in Marketing, and a minor in Art. In college, Kelsey played Division I soccer.

Kelsey is a licensed real estate agent in Florida, New York, and Michigan.

A native New Yorker with Jamaican roots, Lesley brings a wealth of experience and a unique perspective to The Berkeley Sales Team. Her extensive travels—from France to the West Coast, down South, and now Florida—have honed her expertise in finding the perfect home for discerning clients.

With a background as a former lawyer, Lesley is a skilled negotiator with an impeccable eye for detail, making her an exceptional asset. In her free time, she enjoys Pilates, walking her Maltese, Dino, and sharing her knowledge as a dedicated caregiver advocate for those affected by dementia/Alzheimer’s.

An avid knitter, Lesley’s creations have graced Hollywood and Beverly Hills, with one of her felted bags even making an appearance on “Friends.” Her dynamic background and dedication make her an invaluable complement to The Berkeley Sales Team.

Adam Surnow serves as Chief Executive Officer at Surco Holdings and leads strategy, finance and operations. Adam is a creative real estate professional with over 10 years of experience across all real estate sectors. Adam specializes in capital-raising services, deal acquisition and investor relations with management experience at the Surnow Company, Avenue Homes and Seligman Western Enterprises.

Prior to founding Surco Holdings, Mr. Surnow served as Founder and Managing Partner at ARS Management, a real estate firm focused on acquiring long term investment properties and developing single family homes in Los Angeles and Houston, TX. At ARS, he was responsible for JV business development, investor relations and all capital-raising efforts.

From 2008 through 2011, Adam oversaw the day-to-day operations, management, budgeting, and capital expenditures for a $500M multi-tenant industrial/office portfolio in Orange County and negotiated $50M in leasing revenue.

Mr. Surnow holds a bachelor’s degree in Communication from Michigan State University.
