His extensive skills encompass acquisition, planning, zoning, financing, legal matters, budgeting, design, construction, contract and lease negotiations, public relations, sales and marketing, and asset management. As a proficient team leader, he excels in collaborating with stakeholders and cultivating strong relationships with diverse professionals to successfully achieve business objectives. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Architecture from the University of Detroit in Detroit, Michigan, and is a licensed Architect and Realtor in Illinois.
His impressive portfolio includes iconic projects such as The Bristol in West Palm Beach, Florida, along with first-class assets in various sectors, including commercial office space, hospitality, convention centers, land development, and high-rise luxury condominium residential developments, valued between $70 million and over $1.5 billion. This portfolio features more than 30 high-rise office and multi-family buildings, 10000 residential units of high-rise condominiums and apartments, 5 million square feet of corporate office space, retail properties, and over 3 million square feet dedicated to convention and hotel developments. His most recent development was the 1M square foot, $1.4 B dollar Corporate Headquarters for a major tech company in California. He also was involved in the development of The Bristol, the premier condominium in Palm Beach.
In his spare time, he enjoys long-distance cycling and is the Vice President of the Little City Foundation, a social services group in northern Illinois focusing on the care for autistic adults and children.
